Co-CEO of Zephyros
Nevi Sulejmani is a Swiss financial professional with extensive experience in financial markets, asset management, and insurance. Educated in Switzerland in both business and hospitality management (EHL), she brings a strong multicultural perspective.
Fluent in five languages — German, Spanish, English, Albanian and French — she seamlessly adapts to diverse cultural environments and leads projects across international markets.
Her career spans key roles with a focus on asset management, sales, ultra high-net-worth client relations, and project management.
Sergio Kaegi
Co-CEO of Zephyros
Sergio Kaegi is a Swiss entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate investment, private equity, and asset management. Educated at the University of St. Gallen and Columbia University in New York, Sergio combines a strong academic background with a forward-looking vision that shapes his approach to entrepreneurship and investment.
He is the founder of Blue Holding AG, where he drives investments in innovative sectors and takes part in various initiatives related to sustainability and digital transformation. As Co-CEO of Zephyros, he leads the development of projects that merge cultural, heritage, and economic value.
